Brief Biographical Repetition

• Nur Ali Elahi was born in Jeyhunabad on September 11, 1895, a small village near Kermanshah (a western province of Iran).
• He died on October 19, 1974, in Tehran, the capital city of Iran.
• Ostad Elahi was an Iranian spiritual thinker, musician, philosopher, and judge.
• He dedicated his life to researching the metaphysical (quantum dimension)¹ of human beings and the origin of existence. He also founded the University of the Perfection Process².

These efforts culminated in the book Borhan-oll-hagh, translated into English by Professor Saint Waitman from the University of London.

Explanations

Point 1

Ostad Elahi was the first to offer scientific and coherent explanations of the structure of the human soul and the components of each dimension of the true self. He illuminated the following complex areas:

A) Presentation of the formation of the mineral, vegetable, animal, and Basharic soul (human soul), and the methods for transforming from lower to higher stages.
B) A scientific and rational explanation of the necessity of forming a Basharic soul.   
C) The concept of mental genetics⁴.
D) Explanation of the seven factors of creation.
E) Representation of the heavenly soul⁵ and its structure.
F) Formation of the true self through the connection of the Basharic and heavenly souls.
G) The simultaneous relationship of the true self with the body and with the origin of creation.

Point 2

By outlining the structure of all existence, Ostad Elahi demonstrated that every planet—including Earth—offers an appropriate environment for the soul to undergo essential training.
According to his teachings, the soul encounters opposites and paradoxes within these diverse environments and, through a process of trial and error, gradually learns to discern good from evil. It may then continue its journey toward perfection in the hereafter.

Point 3

For the first time, Ostad Elahi conducted a comparative study of the essential teachings and mystical traditions of all major religions. He identified their shared truths, removed inconsistencies and superstitions, and formulated a rational path for soul development—a path he himself pursued.

His teachings emphasize ethics, just human relations, respect for human rights and the rule of law, and reverence for all religions and philosophical traditions.

He distilled the human obligations in the path of perfection into three golden principles:
“With positive action and advice, help all beings—humans, minerals, plants, and animals; fight against your ego; and keep your attention focused on God.” — Ostad Elahi
